U.S. Upfitters a division of Driverge Vehicle Innovations, is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing team!


What you get to accomplish:

Perform reporting on Sales Activity such as Vehicle Sale Trends, Proposal Won/Lost Results, and Inventory Flow, in collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager.

Develop price quotes and build complex orders for Sales Reps.

Assist with audits of inventory and bank audits.

Be an expert in product knowledge of product offerings.

Communicate with our vendors in regard to available products and existing orders.

Maintain internal resources for staff education and training.

Report on Sales Consultant Training and Development activities.

Write all submitted sales orders.

Develop a firm plan with sales orders to create work orders as needed.

Manage chassis allocations to ensure oldest vehicles in inventory are being used to fill orders.

Upload all sales documentation and add detailed information to Chassis Master as required.

Work with bill of material team to create new options as needed for Sales Orders.

Ensure company forms (PAT, VDR, etc.) are completed and attached to deal in DMS.

Maintain records and logs of all paperwork requests, payoffs and titling activity.

Work with Vehicle Inventory and Vendors to verify information and correct any errors in the DMS when necessary.

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers at all times.


What you should have:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Familiar with data entry and computer usage.

Able to pass on site written and driving tow motor test.

Quickbooks experience highly preferred.

Upfitting experience highly preferred.
